Our history

The Hotel Management Company, T3 Hospitality Management, was founded back in  2000 under the name of Gestión T3 by the renown hotelier, Ton Lodder.

Up until 2004 T3 was basically focused on consultancy for important hotel brands both from Spain and abroad; specializing on positiong numerous hotels. Little after, the consultancy launched its own Hotel Management Company, responding to the increasing demand of its clients.  Soon after the first hotel joined the portfolio in Madrid.

It was in year 2007 that Paloma Martinez, now COO of the Company, joined T3 Hospitality Management.  Paloma was previously in prestigious hotels such as Hotel Ritz and Hotel Villa Magna in Madrid as well as Hotel Marbella Club and Le Royal Meridien Los Monteros in Marbella.  It was in 2009 when Sebastian Lodder, now CEO of T3, comes to be part of the team after being at Shahdag Hotel & Resort, Zirve Hotel, Gaya Residence in Azerbaijan Hotel Hesperia Córdoba, …

The fist International Project was signed in  2010 when T3 Hospitality Management arrived to Portugal and it was already 2013 when T3 landed in Azerbaijan.

In 2015, T3 Hospitality Management enters the Russian market

During the past 16 years, this team of 12 people, now led by their CEO, Sebastian Lodder and Paloma Martinez, as COO, has positioned  T3 Hospitality Management as the first and leading Spanish company dedicated to multi brand hotel management, collaborating through franchises with the main hotel brands such as Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels, Wyndham…

In 2016, T3 Hospitality Management opened two new offices in Tbilisi (Georgia) to service Russia and CIS countries and in Abuja (Nigeria) to cover Africa.
